Redbridge Disability Association is an organisation of disabled people, affiliated to the British Council of Disabled People. This means our policy is determined by disabled people themselves. Our Board of Trustees must have a clear majority of disabled people elected to it.
Full Membership is available
to people with physical disabilities, hearing or visual impairment, who live or
work in the London Borough of Redbridge.
Associate Membership is open
to anyone else with a personal or professional interest in disability.
Full Affiliation is open to
groups that are themselves organizations of disabled people.
Associate Affiliation is for
other groups whose work involves them with disabled people, or who are
interested in supporting our work.
All Members and Affiliates
receive:
Copies of our Newsletter
Invitations to our AGM, and to any other business or social
meetings
we arrange.
Only Full Members or
Affiliates are able to nominate people to our Board of Trustees, or to vote at
our AGM or at any other business meeting we might call.
The annual membership fee is
£3.00.
The annual Affiliation fee is
£10.00
